What's Included?

Two seasonal plumbing checkups each year

• One visit in the spring

• One visit in the fall

During each visit, we'll inspect visible plumbing throughout your home, including:

• Sinks and faucets

• Toilets

• Exposed plumbing pipes

• Areas where leaks or drips commonly occur

Seasonal Maintenance

Fall Visit

• Flush your water heater

• Shut down and drain outdoor hose bibs/spigots to help prevent freezing damage

Spring Visit

• Turn outdoor hose bibs/spigots back on

• Check for leaks, damage, or other issues
