What You’ll Do
Code Compliance: Ensure all installations meet state and local building codes.
System Design: Plan and draft layouts for plumbing and mechanical systems.
Project Oversight: Supervise crews, apprentices, and subcontractors on job sites.
Estimating & Bidding: Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for bids.
Quality Assurance: Inspect work in progress and troubleshoot complex system failures.
Annual Reviews: Conduct annual reviews of the Journeymen and Apprentice plumbers on staff.
What We’re Looking For
Maintain a valid Minnesota Master Plumber License.
Several years of experience as a licensed Journeyman/Master Plumber, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
Expert-level knowledge of the Minnesota State Plumbing Code and ensure all work meets applicable regulations and standards.
Strong business and project management skills to oversee contracts, budgets, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate professionally with contractors, architects, property owners and team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Complete work efficiently while meeting company quality standards.
